In Episode 4, we will do a deep dive in to my childhood trauma revolving around the effects of parental alienation, control, manipulation, and the outcome from overcoming this specific trauma. Also, learning how to gain your power back in the thick of healing when times of vulnerability will test your ability to rise above the trauma and choose peace.
